Slaughter and May reveals Christmas bonuses and salary increases

Slaughter and May has announced this year’s Christmas bonuses, as well as salary increases slated to take effect in 2019. The firm will award bonuses of up to 14% to PQEs with 4.5 to 6.5 years’ experience, while newly qualified (NQ) lawyers will receive 8.25 per cent of salary as a bonus. The bonuses apply to associates rated as having good or exceptional performance. Additionally, the firm has announced pay increases for 2019. NQ pay will increase by £3,000 to £83,000, and PQEs with 1.5 years of experience will see an increase of £1,000 to £93,750.
