Dentons slated to take over Venezuela practice from Norton Rose

Dentons is set to expand its presence in Latin America with a merger that involves the Venezuela practice of Norton Rose Fulbright (NRF). The practice is based in Caracas and includes a total of 26 lawyers. Juan Carlos Pró-Rísquez, a labor partner, heads up the Venezuela practice. He also serves as NRF’s managing partner in the country. Following the merger, the office will operate as Despacho de Abogados miembros de Dentons.
