Former Freshfields aviation head joins Arthur Cox

Arthur Cox has boosted its aviation team with two new hires from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s aviation practice. The hires include Rob Murphy and Laura Cunningham, both of whom will join the Dublin office of Arthur Cox. Murphy, who previously headed up Freshfields’ aviation and asset finance practice, joins the firm from his latest position as CEO and general counsel in the Hong Kong office of CDB Aviation. Cunningham joins from her position as an associate at Freshfields, and previously worked at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy after starting her career at Arthur Cox in 2008.
