Stephenson Harwood partner joins SPB in Hong Kong

Squire Patton Boggs has hired Anthony Chan in the firm’s Hong Kong office. He is a corporate partner who joins the firm from Stephenson Harwood. Chan focuses on mid-cap IPO matters, and has worked with clients including sponsors and issuers. He also specializes in corporate matters such as cross-border commercial and corporate transactions, as well as debt financing.
