Hogan Lovells brings on corporate partner from Shearman

Hogan Lovells has hired corporate partner Stephanie Tang in the firm’s Hong Kong office. She joins from Shearman & Sterling, which also recently lost a capital markets team from its Hong Kong office. Tang specializes in corporate matters, including private equity, public and private M&A, and capital markets. She represents companies in the Asia-Pacific region, having represented a number of Chinese funds and companies during her tenure at Shearman.
