Interim injunction granted to Linklaters against former director

February 13, 2019 Following an incident in which former director Frank Mellish raised concerns about workplace issues at Linklaters, the firm has received an interim injunction against Mellish.

The ruling was issued on 5 February by Mr Justice Warby, who restricted Mellish’s ability to share information regarding the firm’s culture. Mellish, who joined the firm in 2017, alleged that the firm has struggled with gender equality issues.

Linklaters sought to prevent Mellish from sharing specific details regarding internal matters related to his concerns.
