Bird & Bird merges with City boutique Lane & Partners

Bird & Bird has boosted its corporate and litigation practices, sealing a merger with 30-lawyer London firm Lane & Partners. The move comes just two weeks after the firm launched four offices in Central & Eastern Europe, opening in Bratislava, Budapest, Prague and Warsaw.
