Skadden terminates exclusive alliance with Italian firm Chiomenti

Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and its Italian "best friend" Chiomenti Studio Legale have terminated their exclusive strategic alliance after seven years. Skadden said in a statement that the firms will continue to work together "on a non-exclusive basis".
