Linklaters, Nabarro take lead roles on latest bank insolvency
Linklaters and Nabarro are advising the financial services company London Scottish Bank, which went into administration today. London Scottish Bank specializes in offering fixed-rate savings accounts and loans to customers with poor credit histories.
Slaughter and May is advising the UK Treasury and the Financial Services Authority, while Denton Wilde Sapte is acting for administrators Ernst & Young.
