2d Circuit hears arguments in Madoff bail appeal

The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit is considering Bernard Madoff's appeal against a district judge's order remanding Madoff to jail pending his sentencing for financial crimes. Following his arrest in December, Mr. Madoff was originally allowed to remain free on $10 million bail, but later was subjected to further restrictions.
