Major firm Wilmer looks for associate deferrals

US firm Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr has asked incoming new associates to postpone their start dates until early in 2010. The basis for the deferrals, as indicated by the firm, was to accommodate client concerns and assure an even workflow for all attorneys.
