Linklaters changing its partnership model

Linklaters has indicated that in an effort to harmonize its partnership worldwide, it will reduce the number of its "national" or salaried partners. This year, 29 salaried partners were named to the ranks of the firm's equity partners along with the 18 lawyers promoted from associate to partner.
