Skadden M&A stars Fox and Wolf defect to Kirkland

David Fox and Daniel Wolf, two top mergers and acquisitions partners at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, are joining Kirkland & Ellis. This is the first time any M&A partner at the top New York firm Skadden has defected to a competitor. The loss of the two partners is a big blow to Skadden and “likely to send shockwaves through the Wall Street legal world”, as the New York Times wrote.
