Mayer Brown in talks with White & Case, Allen & Overy partners?

Mayer Brown is said to be in advanced talks with a group of around ten capital markets partners from White & Case and a leveraged finance team from Allen & Overy in London. The US firm recently lost its London-based former co-vice-chair Paul Maher and is now trying to bulk up its capital markets and corporate practice groups in the City.
