Orrick advises on second-largest Hong Kong IPO this year

The China practice of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has led on the HK$1.8 billion (US$233 million) listing of Chinese sportswear company 361 Degrees International on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK) with a global initial public offering.
