Former Delaware vice chancellor Stephen Lamb joins Paul Weiss

Retired Vice Chancellor Stephen P. Lamb, whose 12-year-term on Delaware's famed Court of Chancery expired last week, will join New York law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner Sept. 1.
