Law Society of England and Wales warns students off law

The Law Society has launched a campaign to warn those considering a legal career to think carefully before committing their time and money. It will draw attention to the intense competition faced by those seeking to enter the industry, which has been exacerbated recently as a result of the economic downturn - last year there were only 6,000 available training contracts for 7,000 LPC graduates.
