Eastwell to join Links spin-off firm

Linklaters’ former capital markets head Nick Eastwell is joining Kinstellar, the Central and Eastern European (CEE) practice spun off by the magic circle firm in November 2008. Eastwell, who managed Linklaters’ CEE offices from 1999 to 2003, retires from the firm this month after 30 years there. He will join Kinstellar as a senior consultant in January 2010 to set up its London base.
