Joseph Shenker suceeds Rodge Cohen at Sullivan & Cromwell

On January 1, Joseph Shenker, 53, took over as Sullivan & Cromwell's chairman, replacing corporate real estate attorney Rodge Cohen, 65. Rodge Cohen who will continue to work at Sulivan & Cromwell as senior chairman and concentrate on his blue-chip list of clients, has left his successor with some big shoes to fill, writes The New York Times. The newspaper has published a profile on Shenker, who became the youngest partner of the prestigious Wall Street law firm ever at the age of 29.
