Orrick advises One Equity Partners on China Medicine investment

A team of M&A and tax lawyers from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP's offices in Hong Kong and New York, led by partners Mark Lee and David Cho, has advised One Equity Partners in the US$69m equity investment of a controlling stake in China Medicine Corporation by its wholly-owned affiliate, OEP CHME Holdings, LLC.
