White & Case sends London partner to head Singapore arbitration practice
White & Case has launched an international arbitration practice in Singapore with a team of four lawyers. Partner Aloke Ray, who has moved from the firm’s London office, will head the practice. Ray has particular experience in energy, metals, construction, telecoms, and India-related issues. “Across the Asia region as a whole, arbitration remains the preferred approach to resolve disputes, particularly those of a cross-border nature,” said Ray.
