Slaughter and May shows confidence with 87% retention rate
Accoding to RollOnFriday, there are clear signs of renewed confidence amongst leading UK law firms this week, as further details were released of trainee retention rates. With 87%, Slaughter and May has the highest retention rate. At the bottom of the table, Denton Wilde Sapte still languishes with a 14% retention rate, while Reed Smith, Lovells, Irwin Mitchell and Stephenson Harwood all remain below 70%.
