Bird & Bird hires SJ Berwin M&A partner Arturo Meglio in Italy

Bird & Bird has strengthened its Italian corporate group with the hire of M&A partner Arturo Meglio, one of SJ Berwin’s founding Milan partners. Meglio will split his time between Bird & Bird’s offices in Milan and Rome.
