Linklaters announces heads of corporate, Americas, litigation, banking and restructuring & insolvency
Linklaters has announced the appointment of Jeremy Parr as the firm’s new corporate head, replacing David Barnes, who will step down this month after two terms as the head of corporate practice. Barnes will return to full-time client work. Litigation partner John Turnbull is set to become the regional managing partner for the firm’s Americas practice, replacing John Tucker. Tucker will continue to serve as head of the finance and projects practice. Meanwhile, Marc Harveywill take the role of global litigation head replacing Brussels-based partner Francoise Lefevre. Robert Elliott has been reappointed as head of the firm's global banking practice, and Tony Bugg has retained his role as global restructuring and insolvency practice head.
