DLA Piper raids fledgling Proskauer Paris office
DLA Piper has boosted its Paris arm with the hire of a three-partner team from Proskauer Rose, taking seven lawyers in total. The departures from Proskauaer come just four months after the firm merged with Parisian private equity boutique SGDM, which gave the office a total of 15 partners. Litigation partners Emmanuelle Payrau-Sorba and Jean-Philippe Sorba join senior tax partner Jean-Luc Cuadrado in the move to DLA. Competition associate Marie Hindré-Guéguen joins DLA as partner.
