TPG buys 11% of Lilliput; Desai Diwanji, AZB advice

The PE arm of Texas-Pacific Group (TPG), Star Asia Markets Limited purchased about 11 percent of Lilliput Kidswear from Everstone Capital for Rs. 120 crore ($26.68 million).
