CMS Cameron McKenna outsources all support services in London office

CMS Cameron McKenna has concluded a deal outsource its entire business support function – including IT, HR, finance, business development, communications, knowledge management, facilities management and administration services – to Integron in an unprecedented £600m deal. The firm will sublet a floor of its London headquarters to Integreon, and will arrange the transfer as many as 200 support staff into jobs in the newly created service centre. But this is only the beginning, and Camerons plans to implement the same model across all nine European firms in the CMS network, after which the service will be made available to other law firms.
