Baker & McKenzie hires Paris team from Courtois Lebel

Baker & McKenzie has announced the hire of partner Eric Borysewicz to the firm’s Paris-based Litigation and Arbitration group. Borysewicz has worked in litigation and arbitration for over 20 years, specializing in industrial risk, industrial accidents and engineering construction. “Eric’s industrial risk experience is highly complementary to the group’s existing activity and will allow us to offer greater depth of service to the firm’s clients, notably manufacturers,” added Jean-Dominique Touraille, head of the Paris Litigation and Arbitration group. Borysewicz also brings a team of two associates (Karim Boulmelh and Sophie Henry) and a legal advisor (Claire Fonquerne) from his former post at Courtois Lebel.
