Clifford Chance boosts restructuring practice with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman hire

Clifford Chance has announced the hire of Rick Antonoff - a restructuring partner from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Antonoff, who specializes in insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation, joins the firm’s restructuring team in New York. Clifford Chance's Americas managing partner Craig Medwick commented: "Adding Rick to our team at this juncture supports our strategy of focusing on our areas of strength, and our financial restructuring team certainly qualifies on that count. Despite improvement in the US economy, we anticipate that restructuring will continue to be an area of focus for the next several years."
