Clydes boosts US insurance practice with two lateral hires

Clyde & Co has boosted its US insurance practice with two new lateral hires in its San Francisco and New York offices. Peter Whalen joins the firm’s San Francisco office, after departing from Duane Morris where he held the post of co-chair of the insurance and reinsurance practice. Edward Kirk joins the firm’s New York office, after resigning from the New York office of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold where he specialised in financial institutions clients.
