Olswang hires partner from Pinsent Masons

Olswang has announced the hire of the co-head of Pinsent Masons’ London restructuring practice, Seamas Gray. Olswang head of restructuring and insolvency Alicia Videon said: “Seamas brings with him a wealth of experience in complex restructuring and formal insolvency that, together with his recognised commercial approach, is a perfect fit in our existing team. “This is an exciting hire for Olswang and brings even greater depth to our already well established restructuring and insolvency practice.
