Microsoft appoints new international head of IP
Microsoft has appointed Mark Cohen, previously a counsel at Jones Day’s Beijing office, as the director for international intellectual property. Cohen has worked in intellectual property law and China-related issues for the past 25 years, including a seven year stint as the senior IP attaché at the US embassy in Beijing.
