Freshfields negotiates referral arrangements with other firms

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is anticipating an upturn in work, and has entered into negotiations with firms Mills & Reeve and TLT Solicitors to establish a referral system to deal with the overflow. The firm has been outsourcing work for some years, but hopes to put a more structured framework in place in order to respond efficiently to changing work-flows. Freshfields London managing partner Tim Jones said "It is sensible to use the relatively quiet transactional period to have these discussions".
