Simmons appoints head of new Beijing office

Simmons & Simmons has appointed the head of its new Beijing office - Davis Wang of Chinese firm King & Wood. The Beijing office is set to become the hub of the firm’s Chinese practice, which includes offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong. Davis is qualified in the US and China, and specialises in foreign direct investment, M&A, private equity fund investment and fund formation.
