Dechert boosts London finance and banking practice with Orrick hire

Dechert has given its London finance and banking practice a boost with the hire of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe structured finance partner Jim Waddington. Waddington is the second for Dechert's London office this year, following the hire of corporate partner Jonathan Angell from Ashurst. The firm made no lateral hires in London during 2009.
