Shoosmiths appoints new head in Manchester
Shoosmiths has appointed Partner Harold Brako as the head of the firm’s Manchester office. Brako takes over from Northampton-based partner Waine Mannix, who has been in the role since the Manchester office opened in January 2009. Mannix said: “Given the opportunities in the local market coupled with the size and multi-discipline make up of the office now, it’s the right time for a resident office head to be appointed. “Harold’s perfect for the role, and will perform it alongside developing our receivables finance and banking litigation offerings.”
