Baker & McKenzie Establishes Tokyo Antitrust Group
Baker & McKenzie has formed an antitrust practice group in Tokyo made up of attorneys in its office there, building on the firm's worldwide antitrust services. The move was driven by the need to apply antitrust rules across international jurisdictions and the likely broadening of the Japanese antitrust rules soon. The firm's global antitrust and competition practice group includes 260 lawyers and other professionals from the various jurisdictions. The firm is known as Baker & McKenzie GJBJ Tokyo Aoyama Aoki Koma Law Office in the Japanese city.
