Hogan Lovells appoints new Managing Partner for Madrid
Hogan Lovells has appointed a new managing partner in Madrid, with head of dispute resolution José Luis Huerta succeeding José Maria Balana from 1 September. Huerta said: “I’m very honoured to succeed José Maria as office managing partner. Following the combination with Hogan & Hartson on 1 May, the opportunities for us to work with Spanish businesses on their investments in the United States and Latin America have significantly increased. At the same time we’re starting to see significant interest from investors into Spain who can see the potential of the Spanish market despite the economic conditions.”
