A&O hires Bingham partner for New York ICM practice

Allen & Overy’s (A&O) New York office has hired capital markets partner Ed De Sear as a partner in its international capital markets (ICM) group. De Sear joins from Bingham McCutchen in New York. His practice focuses on both the domestic and international asset-backed securities markets and he has acted on a number of transactions in Latin America and Turkey.
