Salary survey: non-equity partners

RollOnFriday has conducted an unofficial survey to determine how much salaried partners are getting paid. Their report finds that salaried partners at the biggest firms, such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, are doing very well, taking home £300k. Meanwhile, new partners at mid-sized firms often earn little more than senior associates. Some partners have even reported that with the loss of pension, healthcare and a guaranteed bonus they were actually worse off as a partner.
