Dutch firm Boekel De Neree opens its doors in London

Dutch firm Boekel De Neree has opened its first office outside the Netherlands, launching an office in London on 1 September. The office is headed up by corporate partner and executive board member Ferdinand Mason, who will work alongside a team of senior associates including Bastiaan Kout, Marc Elshof and Anouk Rosielle. The new office will focus on corporate, M&A and capital markets work. Mason said: "The main reasons for moving to London are client demand and the fact that capital markets have improved dramatically in the last year. With all of the investment bankers over here it is now necessary for us to operate in this region. The short-term plan is to ensure our presence is known in London and that we are operating as smoothly as possible. Growth is planned and we will be looking to hire over the coming months."
