Debevoise & Plimpton moves partner to boost Hong Kong practice

Debevoise & Plimpton has relocated partner Drew Dutton from Paris to Hong Kong in bid to bolster its Hong Kong financial services and transactional private equity practices. Dutton will focus on domestic and international transactions throughout Asia, advising Asian entities and international parties interested in investing in the region. He will also lead transactional matters for the firm’s private equity clients, including both M&A and capital markets work.
