Federal Express International Corporation (FedEx) has bought over AFL Private Limited (AFL) and its affiliate Unifreight India Private Limited, to boost up their delivery network services as the economy growth has led to spur cargo in Asia. Amarchand advised FedEx with a team led by Partner Akila Agrawal along with Principal Associate Shruti Kinra and Senior Associate Sourav Kanti De Biswas. AZB represented AFL with Partner Abhijit Joshi and Senior Associate Niren Patel.
