Khaitan and Goodwin advise Ariba’s BPO services sale to Accenture for $51 million

Accenture has acquired Ariba, Singapore’s consulting and BPO (business process outsourcing) services assets based in India for $51 million (Rs. 230 crore). Khaitan & Co acted as the legal adviser for Ariba with Partner Rabindra Jhunjhunwala leading the team along with Tax Partner Daksha Baxi. Goodwin Procter LLP acted as the international legal counsel for Ariba with a team led by Associate Brian C. McPeake.
