JSA and Patrik Hemberg advise Volvo's full acquisition of Volvo Buses India

Volvo Bus Corporation Sweden has acquired 30 per cent stake of Jaico Automobile Engineering Company Private Limited in Volvo Buses India Private Limited (the joint Venture was setup between Jaico and Volvo Buses India Private Limited in November 2006, for the production of bus bodies). JSA advised Volvo Bus Corporation, Sweden with advice from Partner Vivek K. Chandy and Senior Associate Mary Julie John. Patrik Hemberg advised Volvo Bus Corporation as their legal counsel in Sweden with a team led by Partner Patrik Hemberg. AKS Associates advised Jaico with a team led by Senior Partner Ajesh Kumar.
