US firm Paul Hastings hires five partners in Paris

US firm Paul Hastings has bolstered its Paris office with the hire of five partners from Hogan Lovells and Proskauer Rose. Hogan Lovells’ Paris corporate head Pascal de Moidrey joins the corporate practice, along with corporate partners Alexis Terray and Edith Boucaya. From Proskauer Rose, Paris corporate chief Guillaume Kellner joins Paul Hastings, and is followed by litigation partner Nicolas Faguer. Paul Hastings Paris corporate chair Olivier Deren said: "This is a significant recruitment and is all part of our drive to build and develop the office in Paris. Our corporate practice is known for its work in M&A and private equity and these hires complement these strengths and are very well known in the market.
