Clyde & Co set to launch Asian aviation finance practice after Ashurst hire

Clyde & Co is set to launch the Asian arm of the firm’s global aviation finance practice after the hire of Paul Jebely, Ashurst’s head of aviation for Asia, Middle East and Africa. Jebely’s practice at Clyde & Co will focus on leasing and financing deals across the region, with a particular interest in commercial aviation, business jet and the engine sectors. He will also continue to represent African lenders and clients. Clydes will also launch a Middle East aviation practice – to be led from Dubai by business jet specialist Oliver Tebbit.
