Olswang promotes five to partnership in London

UK firm Olswang has promoted five London lawyers to the partnership in its annual promotions round, up from two promotions last year - one in London and one in Berlin. Three of the five new partners are female. The 2011 promotions are: David Bunker, who advises on corporate property acquisitions and disposals, limited partnerships, joint ventures and funds; Victoria Gaskell, who works on media commercial and regulatory matters; litigator Simone Ketchell, who specialises in contentious commercial property; finance lawyer Ruth Marken and commercial real estate lawyer Mat Speed. Chief executive David Stewart said: "I'm pleased and proud to announce the addition of these five talented individuals to Olswang's partnership. They have all already made significant contributions to the firm, and I look forward to seeing their enthusiasm and ambition support our growth in the years to come."
