SRGR and SNR Denton advise Duet Hotels on $150 million JV with InterContinental Hotels

Duet India Hotels has entered into a $150 million (Rs. 675 crore) Joint Venture with global hospitality chain, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). The transaction contemplates investment by both the parties into a Cyprus based SPV as well as engagement of IHG as a hotel operator for approximately 19 new Holiday Inn Express hotels across India.
