US firm Husch Blackwell forms alliance with UK firm McGrigors

US law firm Husch Blackwell has established a ‘principal partner’ relationship with UK law firm McGrigors. The two firms share office space in London and will treat each other as preferred suppliers for referred business. "Our presence in the city has been a key element of our success since we opened here in 1999," says Michael Ray, the London managing partner of Husch Blackwell. "Our model is unique. We do not compete with UK law firms. Rather we manage our clients' UK service needs and provide a full-service resource for the legal needs of UK-based businesses across the US"
